چکیده

Background: The metabolic syndrome is linked to several conventional and rising pro-thrombotic pro-inflammatory cardiac risks. Most patients with cardiovascular disease have syndrome; however, the occurrence connection of its various elements aren't obvious. There isn't any research regarding Metabolic Syndrome in young acute STEMI. Objective: purpose this study was figure out (MS) shown ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) at a tertiary care hospital Karachi, Pakistan. Material Methods: conducted on 170 Body mass index measured. Smoking level, (MS), aspects (BMI >23 kg meter per square, high blood pressure, hypertriglyceridemia, low-plasma HDLc, affected fasting plasma glucose) were noted. Descriptive statistics used, stratification done study. Fisher exact test post-stratification by square used during P-value ≤0.05 regarded as significant. Results: 42.2% women 57.6% men mean age 29.84±7.96 years. positive 64.7 cent sufferers. BMI noticed 97.1 patients. High pressure 72.4 Hypertriglyceridemia 77.65 patients, Low HDLc 44.1 individuals, glucose 47.1 Conclusion: It had been determined findings that having STEMI higher. common element kg/m2, Hypertension, Hypertriglyceridemia. Vitamin D deficiency predicts the ST elevation type of myocardial infarction in patients with acute coronary syndrome.

According to studies, a significant association exists between the low levels of vitamin D and cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction (MI). In a prospective, case control study, 88 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) including ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and Non-STEMI were enrolled. The plasma level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D] was obtained at the time ...

BACKGROUND This study investigated the efficacy and the safety of the upstream glycoprotein (Gp) IIb/IIIa inhibitor (clotinab; ISU ABXIS, Seoul, Republic of Korea) under 600-mg clopidogrel pretreatment compared with provisional use in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). METHODS AND RESULTS A total of 786 STEMI patients were randomized to upstream use in the emergency room (ER) (n = 39...
